Pixel Dropper is a lightweight Windows desktop tool built with C# and WPF. Like an eyedropper, it lets you sample any color on your screen and get its hexadecimal code.

Click "Pick Color" to begin sampling. Right-click to confirm selection. Press "Copy" to copy the hex color code.

It also features a live preview box that follows your cursor to show the color under the pointer in real time.
